Many people today feel overstimulated, emotionally taxed, or quietly ungrounded — not because something is wrong with them, but because modern life continually pulls us out of our center.

This Saturday morning workshop offers a grounded, experiential approach to inner work that supports clarity, steadiness, and self-trust in today’s emotional and cultural climate. Through simple somatic practices, guided reflection, and integrative spiritual inquiry, participants will explore how the mind, body, and spiritual awareness function as an interconnected system — and how to restore balance when stress, uncertainty, or overwhelm take hold.

This is not abstract theory or escapist spirituality. The practices shared are practical, accessible, and designed to support everyday life — helping you respond rather than react, and meet the world from a more centered, embodied place.

Participants will be introduced to reflective journaling and body-based awareness practices using The Journal of Glimmers & Somatic Exercises, which is included with registration and used as a companion during the workshop.

Facilitator:
Josephine Sheppard is a transpersonal development author, trauma-informed coach, and shamanic practitioner, and the author of the Journal of Glimmers & Somatic Exercises. Her work focuses on mind–body awareness, spiritual integration, and grounded inner work for modern life.
