Inner Journeying Circles

Inner Journeying Circles

After feeling disconnected from myself and overthinking nearly everything, I began exploring how grounded spiritual practices, embodied awareness, and inner reflection could actually change the way I lived, related, responded, and moved through life.

Over time, I learned how to trust myself more fully, participate more consciously in my life, and reconnect the parts of myself that once felt divided.

Inner Journeying Circles were created to help others experience that same kind of grounded, practical, and meaningful self-connection through guided reflection, experiential practices, embodied awareness, and shared group interaction.

This is not about spiritual bypassing, forced positivity, or performing healing.

It is about learning how to live more fully as yourself.

Inner Journeying Circles often serve as a companion to the reflective practices found in my book, Journal of Glimmers & Somatic Exercises, the Hidden Truth series shared through the monthly newsletter, Living Soulfully, and the Soul Reflection Guides.

A guided group experience for deeper self-connection, clarity, and conscious participation in everyday life.

Each gathering may include grounded teaching, somatic awareness practices, guided inner journeying, reflective writing, paired or small-group integration, and whole-group sharing.

My First Experience with Inner Journey

My first experiences with inner journeying began long before I had language for it.

As a child, I would sit quietly with trees, flowers, even bumblebees, curious about the way nature seemed alive, responsive, and deeply interconnected. I remember sensing that life was “breathing” around me in ways I could feel but not yet explain.

What began as innocent curiosity gradually became an early experience of inner awareness, presence, and connection with something larger than myself.

Over time, those experiences evolved into a deeper exploration of grounded spiritual practice, embodied awareness, reflection, and conscious participation in life.

Today, Inner Journeying Circles are one of the ways I help others reconnect with themselves through that same spirit of exploration, awareness, and lived integration.

I share more of this story in HSP – Empathic and Empowered: Expanding My Perspective.

Each Gathering is Unique

While each month’s Living Soulfully themes may help shape the general focus of a gathering, the circles remain responsive to the lived experiences, reflections, and needs emerging within the group itself.

Gatherings are designed to support meaningful self-connection, embodied awareness, reflection, practical spiritual integration, and conscious participation in everyday life.
