Upcoming Speaking Events

This experiential presentation explores how pausing during moments of stress or emotional activation can help us observe our thoughts, emotions, bodily responses, and impulses without immediately acting upon them. Through teaching, reflection, and a gentle embodied practice, participants will explore how self-observation can create greater calm, clarity, discernment, and conscious choice.
The program connects with Theosophy through its focus on self-knowledge, the development of consciousness, the relationship between the personality and deeper self, and the practical application of spiritual awareness in everyday life.
